Scarlett Johansson's Handsome Pal Rocks the Crowd!

Handsome singer-songwriter Pete Yorn has friends in high places indeed -- including Scarlett Johansson.

"I've known him for a while," the actress told Glamour mag last year. "One day Pete texted me out of the blue saying, 'Hey, do you want to record an album?' I was like, 'Whoa, that's a weird message.'"

Still, Johansson agreed. She sang with him on their joint album, Break Up, released last fall.

The talented rocker Yorn, 36, is back, sans his movie star pal, with a new album, Pete Yorn. He stopped by the NYC offices shared by Rolling Stone and Us Weekly for an intimate performance of songs like "Rock Crowd," "Future Life" and more.
